This technical guideline has been prepared for the water supply operators to facilitate them identifying the risks of water contamination in source, treatment process, storage and distribution system, and the means to control these risks. The guidelines have been prepared with extensive use of photograph to make it convenient for the water supply operators and mechanics who are working at different steps of a water supply system. Use of this document will help the water supply operators to supply safe water at consumer end
