Updated situation
There are 17.7 million people in Ukraine in urgent need of protection and assistance, including 6.2 million who are internally displaced. Housing conditions for millions of people have become increasingly perilous since the start of the international armed conflict.

es). Shelling and missile strikes continue to cause the majority of casualties with 1,043 civilian casualties registered by OHCHR in October. Five waves of missile attacks on urban centres were recorder in October alone, leading to widespread disruption of energy supply with millions of citizens being deprived from electricity and water at times during the month.

Parfois, les aspects religieux rendent les choses plus difficiles. Mais si vous demandez à n’importe quel dirigeant de décrire ce qu’est un dirigeant, ce qu’un dirigeant fait, il parlera de la protection de la communauté.
