Doch oftmals ist eben dieses Herstellen von Sicherheit und Gerechtigkeit das Problem: Wie kann ein solcher Raum in den PSZ geschaffen werden, wenn in der Gesellschaft zunehmend rassistische und geflüchtetenfeindliche Tendenzen präsent sind? Wenn Geflüchtete und ihre Unterkünfte angegriffen werden? Wie können auch die Mitarbeiter*innen in den Zentren eine rassismus- und diskriminierungskritische Beratungs- und Therapiepraxis ermöglichen, die Machtstrukturen im PSZ und eigene Privilegien und Positionen in der Gesellschaft reflektieren und abbauen?

The Multi-professional Patient Safety Curriculum Guide (2011) was developed to assist in the teaching of patient safety in universities and schools in the fields of dentistry, medicine, midwifery, nursing and pharmacy. It also supports the on-going training of all health care professionals.
The C...urriculum Guide is comprised of two parts. Part A is a teachers’ guide designed to introduce patient safety concepts to educators. It relates to building capacity for patient safety education, programme planning and design of the courses. Part B provides all-inclusive, ready-to-teach, topic-based patient safety courses that can be used as a whole, or on a per topic basis. There are 11 patient safety topics, each designed to feature a variety of ideas and methods for patient safety learning. Universities are encouraged to start with Part A which provides comprehensive advice on how to introduce and build patient safety courses.

This effort is a first attempt at a draft guidance for SRH preparedness, and is intended for field testing. While recognizing that there is no single preventive approach to reverse the spread of HIV, the faith sector comprising of Faith Communities (FCs) a...nd Faith-Based Organizations (FBOs) have demonstrated sustained motivation and moral authority with resources and outreach capability to significantly reduce new HIV infections. In addition, they have the power to influence policy changes to address societal, cultural and structural factors that impede individuals’ capacity to prevent HIV infection. According to Kenya Demographic Health Survey (2014), over 97% of the Kenya population was reported to ascribe to religious affiliation.
