Wie komme ich klima- und umweltfreundlich zur Schule und zur Arbeit? Was für eine Wende ist dafür nötig un...d wie könnte diese aussehen? Das Unterrichtsmaterial „Verkehr(t)!“ regt die Schüler*innen dazu an, das Verkehrsverhalten in ihrer Umwelt zu analysieren und ihre eigene Mobilität kritisch unter die Lupe zu nehmen. Sie erkunden, welche Bedeutung Verkehr für Umwelt und Klima hat und identifizieren Stellen, an denen Handeln möglich und notwendig ist.

Es beleuchtet marginalisierte Perspektiven und Geschichten und thematisiert die Entstehung aktueller problematischer und ungerechter Verhältnisse, wie Landraub oder Plantage...nbewirtschaftung. Auch die individüllen Betroffenheiten und Handlungsmöglichkeiten hin zu gerechter Ernährung und Dekolonisierung privat, in der Schule, in der Ausbildung, im (zukünftigen) Beruf und auf weiteren gesellschaftlichen Ebenen können mit den Unterrichtsmodulen thematisiert und diskutiert werden.

WSTP-I is the second part of the WHO w...heelchair service training package series and focusses more on addressing the needs of people who have severe difficulties in walking and moving around and also having poor postural control . While developing this training package, special attention was given on the provision of appropriate wheelchairs for children who have poor postural control and are unable to sit upright independently.

An attempt has been made to map the incidence of uni-dimensional and multi-dimensional poverty simultaneously arguably for the first time in Pakistan. While multi-dimensional poverty map is calculated using PSLM 2010-11; small area estimation technique is utilized to map uni-dimensional poverty usin...g both nationally representative HIES (Household Integrated Economic Survey) and district-level representative PSLM (Pakistan Standard of Living Measurement) for the same year of 2010-11. The result indicates the existence of spatial distribution of poverty pockets in each of the four provinces of Pakistan. Furthermore, it is also observed that these pockets of poverty are more concentrated in the desert and mountains regions of the country.
