Данный курс предназначен для работников сферы здравоохранения, оказывающих помощь пациентам в учреждениях системы здравоохранения. В рамках курса представлены в...иды средств индивидуальной защиты (СИЗ), необходимые для надежной защиты от инфицирования. С учетом имеющихся на настоящий момент данных ВОЗ рекомендует использовать СИЗ при лечении пациентов с COVID-19 в соответствии с рекомендациями по профилактике КОНТАКТНОГО и КАПЕЛЬНОГО путей передачи инфекции, за исключением случаев проведения процедур, сопровождающихся образованием аэрозоля, требующих профилактики КОНТАКТНОГО и ВОЗДУШНОГО путей передачи инфекции (то есть подразумевающих использование таких респираторов, как N95, FFP2, FFP3). Необходимо помнить, что СИЗ — это только один из компонентов системы мер по профилактике и контролю за распространением инфекции, который должен применяться в рамках мультимодального подхода к ведению пациентов с COVID-19. В палаты, где находятся пациенты, должны допускаться только медицинские работники, которые прошли обучение и соответствующую проверку знаний по применению СИЗ.

Rwanda first confirmed cases of coronavirus disease 2019 (COVID-19) in March 2020. Although the number of cases has been low, health system resources are being redirected to respond and an increasing number of children are affected by the socio-economic impacts of the pandemic, including disruptions... to schooling and heightened protection risks.
While Rwanda remained Ebola-free during the outbreak, it remains a priority country and continues to maintain its Ebola preparedness. Rwanda is also home to 147,000 refugees, half of whom are children, who require assistance in and outside of camps.1 In 2021, UNICEF will continue to deliver life-saving services to refugees and children and families affected by COVID-19 and its socio-economic impacts, and maintain its Ebola preparedness and contingency planning.

Los contagios por COVID-19 incrementaron de manera sostenida durante el mes de diciembre. Para evitar aglomeraciones y una saturación en el sistema de salud, el G...obierno Nacional (Decreto Ejecutivo No. 1217 / 21 diciembre 2020) declaró el estado de excepción en el territorio nacional, restringiendo la movilidad y el uso de espacios públicos, así como estableciendo un toque de queda.
A pesar de estas restricciones a la movilidad, los refugiados y migrantes continuaron ingresando a Ecuador por pasos irregulares. Se reporta un incremento de ingresos irregulares por la frontera de Tulcán: en el mes de diciembre, hubo entre 350-400 personas ingresando diariamente durante el período de monitoreo (4 horas diarias). Esto representa un incremento del 35% si se lo compara con los ingresos reportados en noviembre.
