Disability at a Glance 2015 focuses on barriers to the employment of persons with disabilities in the Asia-Pacific region, and offers solutions to strengthen their employment prospects. Employment is not only the primary means of livelihood generation; it also provides individuals with the purpose a...nd meaning of playing a productive role in society. Equal access to employment is therefore vital, and barriers to work faced by persons with disabilities must be removed.

Non seulement la Stratégie de Coopération avec le Bénin 2016-2019 ...intègre les priorités des réformes en cours au sein de l ’Organisation, y compris le Programme de transformation du Secrétariat de l ’OMS dans la Région africaine, mais cette SCP3 tient aussi compte des options de politique et stratégiques du secteur de la santé pour les cinq prochaines années.

The EiE Competency Framework builds on the INEE Minimum Standards to articulate a set of required, valued and recognized competencies for the humanitarian and education in the emergencies sectors. It broadly describes expected standards of performance across a number of competencies that can be appl...ied to different roles within an organization or sector. The framework provides a common lexicon for core humanitarian and technical competencies and defines expected knowledge, skills and attributes for each.
The framework is intended to inform staff recruitment, learning and professional development, performance management, planning, and organizational design. It is a sector-wide guidance to advance the accountability, effectiveness, and predictability of educational preparedness, response and recovery for affected populations.
The framework is primarily intended for use by EiE practitioners in humanitarian contexts. However, it is also relevant at the global level or in development settings in support of planning and emergency preparedness. It is best used in conjunction with the Core Humanitarian Competency Framework (CHCF) and where applicable, the Child Protection in Humanitarian Action (CPHA) Competency Framework. It is transferable across people, countries, and cultures and can be a valuable tool for entry-, mid-, and senior level professional development.

Le Plan Stratégique National de Lutte contre le Paludisme de la RDC vise à renforcer la communication pour le changement social et comportemental (CSC/CCC) dans la lutte contre le paludisme. Il a pour objectif d’améliorer les connaissances, attitudes et pratiques des populations pour encourager... l’adoption de comportements préventifs et curatifs.
Ce document propose une stratégie de communication structurée, basée sur une analyse contextuelle des comportements, croyances et obstacles sociaux. Il cible en priorité les femmes enceintes, les enfants de moins de cinq ans, les agents communautaires, les leaders religieux, les enseignants, et les médias. Les messages sont adaptés aux réalités locales et diffusés par des canaux variés : radios communautaires, théâtre, affiches, séances éducatives, et implication des leaders d'opinion.
Le plan insiste sur l’importance de la mobilisation sociale, de l’approche participative et du dialogue communautaire pour renforcer l’adhésion aux pratiques comme l’utilisation des moustiquaires imprégnées, le recours au test de diagnostic rapide, l’observance des traitements, et la fréquentation des centres de santé. Il prévoit aussi des mécanismes de suivi-évaluation et de renforcement des capacités des acteurs.
En résumé, ce document constitue un cadre opérationnel pour rendre la communication plus efficace, inclusive et durable dans la lutte contre le paludisme en RDC.
