Цель этого документа – повысить уровень осознания актуальности приоритетных направлений научных исследований по проблеме ТБ/ВИЧ (то есть по тем направлениям, кот...орые требуют срочного финансирования и внимания ученых), содействовать координации информационно-пропагандистской работы и стимулировать финансирование научных изысканий. Поставленная задача заключается в наращивании темпов осуществления высококачественных и интегрированных вмешательства по борьбе с ТБ/ВИЧ в условиях ограниченных ресурсов. В документе дается описание пересмотренной повестки дня по приоритетным научным вопросам, в основе которой лежат недавно полученные фактические данные по шести ключевым проблемам коинфекции ТБ и ВИЧ.

To contribute to this evidence base, and building on a pilot study conducted in Uganda in 200...9, War Child conducted an exploratory outcome evaluation of its psychosocial support intervention ‘I DEAL’ in South Sudan and Colombia in 2012. The International Rescue Committee (IRC) and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) have newly developed "Caring for Child Survivors of Sexual Abuse Guidelines" for health and psychosocial providers in humanitarian settings - “CCS Guidelines”. The CCS Guidelines are based on global resear...ch and evidence-based field practice, and bring a much-needed fresh and practical approach to helping child survivors, and their families, recover and heal from the oftentimes devastating impacts of sexual abuse. The guidelines walk the reader through the core knowledge, attitude and skill competencies required for service providers to effectively care for children and families affected by sexual abuse. In addition, the guidelines outline how to provide case management and basic psychosocial care for child survivors, as well as best practices for coordinating care.

This is a report from a National, representative household survey carried out in Swaziland in 2009 – 2010. A large amount of effort has been put into this two‐year exercise until finally we can present the results of the combined efforts. First of all, this is a credit to the Federation of Disab...led People in Swaziland (FODSWA): To the Management Committee headed by Ms. Buyie Masuku for being in control of the whole process, and to the Project Co‐ordinator Mr. Bhekie Jele who for the most of the study handled all aspects in this comprehensive and complex process. Mr Yusman B Kamaleri from SINTEF played an important role in supporting FODSWA during the implementation of the study.
