This version of the Sphere training pack was developed by the Sphere community to strengthen the capacity of humanitarian staff working in and around Syria. It seeks to help them professionalise and improve the effectiveness, quality and accountability of the response.

- In Part A, the course curriculum is pres...ented and the participants can find a detailed schedule of their training. Furthermore, any additional information that is required by the participants such as accommodation during the training, the exact location of the training etc. will be included in Part A.
- In Part B, each of the sessions will be discussed separately. Key questions that participants should be able to answer after each session are posed and the participants are invited to note down their answer to each of the questions during or after each session to increase the learning effect.

Inclusive Project Cycle Management - This Inclusive Project Cycle Management (IPCM) training package has been developed for CBM staff and Partner Organisations worldwide. The Trainers’ Manual will guide CBM trainers. It contains the curriculum for the course and training resources for trainers to ...help them deliver the course. The training will be successful if the trainers make sufficient planning time to prepare in advance and to respond to partners training needs. Different contexts and different partners may require different emphasis on areas that may be a challenge. This training material is not suggested as a prescriptive manual but as a suggested framework that can be added to and deepened as required. This means adapting the course to the local context and training needs and competencies of partners. In particular, it would be good to supplement or replace case studies included in the course with local case studies (refer Handout 8) and to have participants draw on their own examples.

A book of rehabilitation menus from 23 countries developed by World Vision staff and the communities they work in, using locally available, low-cost, nutrient-dense ingredients. Many times, you will find included in the recipes neglected underutilised indigenous foods that are contextual to the area.... The menus included in this book were successfully used in a food-based rehabilitation and behaviour change approach called, "Positive Deviance/Hearth (PDH)" programme to rehabilitate undernourished children and prevent malnutrition within the communities where they were designed.
