Analiza tanto las respuestas del Estado como las de los propios pueblos indígenas ante la crisis, además de ofrecer un conjunto de recomendaciones para rectificar el olvido de estos pueblos en la gestión de la pandemia, centrándose en sus derechos colectivos.
