The Durable Peace Programme Consortium has decided to share the results of this baseline, as it provides insights into the Kachin context for interested stakeholders, and also to encourage cooperation and information sharing. • Reduce unmet need to less than 10 percent by 2020 (from 12 percent in 2013)
