Diese richtet sich nicht nur auf die humanitäre Krise in den betroffenen Gebieten und Ländern, sondern auch auf deren wirtschaftliche und soziale Last. Das durch die verschiedenen Konfliktparteien verursachte Blutvergießen hält an, das Leid wird größer.
