Introduction : de nos jours, face à la pénurie grandissante de
personnel de santé qualifié et face au défi de l’atteinte des
Objectifs du Millénaire pour le Développement, la participation
communautaire est devenue une réalité incontournable. Dans
la zone sanitaire Avrankou Adjarra Ak...pro-Missérété (3A) du
département de l’Ouémé, les relais sont appuyés par l’UNICEF
et l’ONG Africare. L’objectif de notre travail a été d’étudier
la qualité de l’apport des relais dans la mise en oeuvre de la
PCIME-Communautaire.

Introduction: With the growing shortage of qualified healthcare
professionals and the challenge of achieving the Millennium
Development Goals, community participation has become an
essential reality. In the Avrankou Adjarra Akpro-Missérété (3A)
health zone of the Ouémé department, community volunteers are
supported by UNICEF and the NGO Africare. The objective of this
study was to assess the quality of the contribution of community
volunteers to implementation of community-based integrated
management of childhood illness (IMCI).

Avec de multiples maladies endémiques et d'autres flambées signalées telles que la rougeole, la méningite, le virus Corona, découvert pour l...a première fois en Chine début décembre 2019, a gravement affecté la population du Burkina Faso et son système de santé. Comme c'est le cas pour plusieurs pays Il s'agit de la première histoire de l'épidémie de corona virus dans le Pays, et qui est l'un des pays à avoir enregistré de nombreux cas avec un taux de mortalité élevé. La particularité est le mélange de crise humanitaire et la pandémie COVID-19 marqué par une transmission interhumaine active et étendue dans différentes régions du pays.

Ce rapport présente une analyse de l'OMS sur les pénuries et le manque de disponibilité des antibiotiques hors brevet en France prenant en compte l'approche Une seule santé. Le rapport est organisé en deux sections : santé animale et santé humaine.
Le rapport vise à donner un éclairage sur... les facteurs qui conduisent aux pénuries et au manque de disponibilité des antibiotiques en France. Sur la base de l'analyse effectuée et des causes profondes décrites, des contre-mesures possibles ont été identifiées dans les secteurs humain et vétérinaire. Ces contre-mesures sont destinées à être priorisées et mises en œuvre par les autorités françaises avec le soutien de l'OMS.
Ce rapport reflète la phase initiale d'un projet d’une durée de 3 ans. Il est financé par l'Union européenne et il est mis en œuvre en collaboration avec la Direction générale d'appui à la réforme structurelle (DG REFORM) de la Commission européenne à la demande du gouvernement français à travers le programme d'appui à la réforme structurelle (PARS).

La GIV peut être utilisée lorsque la cible est la surveillance et la lutte ou l’élimination (en function de chaque situation) des MTV et peut contribuer à réduire le développement de la résistance aux insecticides au moyen de l’utilisation rationnelle de ces produits. Le présent document contient les instructions nécessaires pour mener à bien le mandat établi par l’OPS en 2008 (résolution CD48.R8, document CD48/13), en particulier, il complémente une série de guides de l’OMS publiés en 2012
