A National Service Programme for All Children with Special Needs and their Families
In Myanmar, we estimate that at least 40% of children require ECI services for short to longer periods of time. At present, 35.1% of Myanmar children are moderately to severely stunted; all of these children are l...ikely to have one or more developmental delays. In addition, at least 5% to 12% of the nation’s children will be identified to have disabilities, chronic diseases or atypical behaviours.
Over time, approximately 70% of the children who will be served will improve in their development, attain expected levels of development for their age, and will consolidate their gains within one to two years. Other children, approximately 30%, will have lifelong disabilities or other conditions, and ECI services usually greatly improve their development and help them to achieve their full potential.

A large body of evidence highlights the pervasive and devastating developmental impacts of such exposure but there is also emer...ging evidence about the elements of living and learning environments that foster recovery and resilience. The Three Pillars framework has been developed to inform and empower those who live with or work with these young people but who are not necessarily engaged in formal therapy.

Puede ayudar a alertar a las autoridades y a otras partes interesadas sobre los casos en que la prestación y utilización de los servicios puede requerir modificaciones y/o inversiones. Esta herramienta de evaluación abarca los siguientes aspectos de los servicios sanitarios esenciales
personal sanitario (número, ausencias, infecciones por COVID-19, gestión del personal sanitario, formación y apoyo)
gestión financiera y obstáculos;
prestación y utilización de los servicios (cierre de centros, cambios en la prestación de servicios, campañas de comunicación con la comunidad, cambios en la utilización de los servicios y estrategias de recuperación);
capacidades de CIP (protocolos, medidas de seguridad, directrices y disponibilidad de equipos de protección personal (EPP) para el personal)
la disponibilidad de terapias, diagnósticos y suministros, y la disponibilidad de vacunas; y
la prestación de servicios de atención primaria COVID-19.

A aplicação da tecnologia digital de saúde está crescendo rapidamente na África, com o
objetivo de melhorar a prestação de serviços de saúde e alcançar de forma mais eficaz
comunidades remotas e carentes. A falta de diretrizes e padrões habilitadores em todo o
continente, por outro ...lado, dificulta o compartilhamento de dados de forma significativa em
todo o continente. Considerando isso, os Centros Africanos de Controle e Prevenção de
Doenças (CDC África) estabeleceram uma força-tarefa de 24 membros para fornecer
experiência e orientação no desenvolvimento de diretrizes e padrões da AU HIE. Os membros
da força-tarefa eram especialistas no assunto que trabalhavam na África e
internacionalmente na coleta, análise e troca de informações de saúde. Alguns desses
especialistas estiveram envolvidos em consultas anteriores sobre a definição da estratégia de
sistemas de informação de saúde do CDC África. Um presidente, copresidente e secretário
foram eleitos para envolver os membros da força-tarefa em diferentes grupos de trabalho
técnicos.
