Malgré cette avancée significative, beaucoup d’efforts restent à faire pour atteindre le nouvel objectif que le Sénégal s’est fixé pour 2020. C’est pourquoi le Sénégal s’est engagé dans un processus d’élaboration d’un nouveau cadre stratégique de la planification familiale pour la période 2016-2020.
