Проблемы, связанные с нарушением социального поведения, связаны также с повышенными социальными затратами: установлено, что к 28 годам средства, потраченные на лиц, у которых в детстве отмечалось антисоциальное поведение, в 10 раз выше, чем в общей популяции (Scott et al, 2001a).

This blue print outlines our commitment as government and stakeholders to repositioning newborn health as we implement approaches that impact on the lives of newborns for improved health outcome.
