This report presents examples from different agencies on how they approached community engagement in their Covid-19 responses, the tools and methodologies used, as well as the challenges they encountered and how they attempted to overcome these. It discusses what community engagement means to the va...rious agencies interviewed and in the literature consulted. And it puts forward some reflections on how CCCM and other sector agencies can take steps to ensure community participation in this and future pandemic responses.

Comme, dans la plupart des pays, la mise en place d’un mécanisme de déploiement et de vaccination du vaccin contre la COVID-19 relève du ministère de la santé, ce document vise à soutenir les pays dans l’élaboration de mécanismes de coordination entre tous les secteurs de leur gouvernement et entre les différentes parties prenantes.

Краткие клинические рекомендации предназначены врачам — акушерам-гинекологам, анестезиологам-реаниматологам, врачам скорой медицинской помощи и другим специалистам, работающим в области оказания медицинской помощи беременным, роженицам и родильницам в Санкт-Петербурге и Северо-Западном федеральном округе, а также клиническим ординаторам.

для защиты детей могут возникать как в результате прямого воздействия COVID-19, так ...и
в результате мер по предотвращению и контролю его распространения. Кроме того, существующие риски для защиты детей, вероятно, будут усугублены. Некоторые группы людей более уязвимы в этих обстоятельствах, в том числе, как указано в данной Технической записке, дети, лишенные свободы, у которых зачастую возникают риски с вопросами психосоциального, физического и психического здоровья, которые живут в людных или негигиеничных условиях и больше подвержены жестокому обращению, насилию и халатному отношению.

This framework aims to pr...ovide general technical guidance to African Union Members States on the rollout, establishment, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of SARS-CoV-2 Ag RDT interventions so as to effectively and efficiently detect, control and minimise errors in the performance of COVID-19 laboratory testing processes. It describes the core components for quality assurance, resources mobilisation and advocacy for scale up, monitoring, evaluation, learning and accountability for SARS-CoV-2 implementation.

Ce document contient ég...alement 2 sections en annexe qui décrivent les recommandations actualisées d'utilisation des EPI pour les travailleurs de la santé en fonction du scénario de transmission, du milieu et de l'activité dans le contexte de COVID-19 (annexe 1), et des considérations actualisées pour la décontamination ou le retraitement des EPI (annexe 2). Ce guide est destiné aux autorités de santé publique, aux organisations et aux personnes de référence impliquées dans les décisions concernant la distribution, la gestion et l'utilisation des EPI par les travailleurs de la santé.

A module from the suite of health service capacity assessments in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic, Interim Guidance 20 October 2020.
This self-assessment tool is designed for acute health-care facilities (i.e. tertiary and secondary) but can be modified for the use in long-term care facilities..., to help identify, prioritize and address the gaps in infection prevention and control (IPC) capacity in managing their response to COVID-19. The tool should be used by IPC professionals and/or those responsible for disaster planning or outbreak management in the facility (such as the response to the COVID-19 outbreak) at the start of the improvement process. A sample workplan template is provided to address gaps identified and record required actions.
