This is followed by: <br> - 2) Public Health and Water Resources (Second Priority Level Sectors); <br> - 3) Coastal Zone (Third Priority Level Sector); and <br> - 4) Energy and Industry, and Biodiversity (Fourth Priority Level Sectors).
