This manual details a collaboratively developed intervention to detect and refer Buruli ulcer, Hydrocele, Leprosy and Lymphedema cases through the use of integrated approaches at community levels. This intervention has been developed as part of the consortium in partnership with the Nigerian Federal Ministry of Health, and Ogun and Kaduna State Ministries of Health. This manual is designed to assist community and primary level health workers to identify, refer, diagnose and treat people affected by Buruli ulcer, Hydrocele, Leprosy and Lymphedema, within the existing patient care pathway
