Título completo del proyecto:... Intervención e inserción socio-familiar y formativo-laboral para menores y jóvenes en riesgo de exclusión social por problemas de conductas adictivas, desadaptadas y/o violentas en Nicaragua :: Atención a menores y jóvenes (varones y mujeres) de 12 a 21 años, para la prevención o intervención terapéutico-educativa en el caso de aparición de conductas adictivas con diferentes niveles de gravedad y que por esas u otras causas puedan estar en riesgo de exclusión social. El objetivo es que las personas atendidas se incorporen e integren con normalidad a un entorno socio-familiar, educativo-formativo y/o laboral sano y ajeno a conductas de riesgo (adicciones, violencia, delincuencia, abusos, etc.).Desde el modelo bio-psico-social se realiza un abordaje integral de la persona adaptándonos a sus necesidades, con la elaboración de un itinerario individualizado para cada usuario/a, aunque la intervención es tanto grupal como individual. AREA DE INTERVENCION? Tratamiento y reinserción para menores y jóvenes en régimen de internado (Unidad de desintoxicación y Comunidad Terapéutica): aproximadamente 6 meses, seguido de un periodo de reinserción en régimen ambulatorio.? Intervención o Tratamiento ambulatorio en las instalaciones de CENICSOL para chicos y chicas hasta 21 años que ya han desarrollado una conducta adictiva y/o con otras conductas desadaptadas, violentas, etc. (Conocido también como prevención indicada, en función de la edad y/o momento y grado de adicción de cada usuario/a).15? Tratamiento para jóvenes hasta 21 años con diagnóstico dual (adicción y otra patología mental) AREA DE PREVENCION? Prevención Indicada: Atención semanal por parte de CENICSOL en las sedes de las Asociaciones colaboradoras (Centro de la Juventud de la Policía, OVESPA, Hogar Zacarías Guerra, etc.) a menores y jóvenes seleccionados por dichas entidades.? P. Prevención comunitaria, en los barrios marginales de Managua, trabajando con niños y niñas, jóvenes, familias y agentes sociales de la zona: líderes de barrio, asociaciones, alcaldía, policía, iglesias, etc.AREA DE CAPACITACION y ORIENTACION PARA LA INSERCION EDUCATIVA Y SOCIO-LABORAL? En el centro de CENICSOL se ofrecen cursos de para la mejora de empleabilidad y orientación al empleo en los mayores de 16 años. Los usuarios de este programa tienen la opción de participar además en talleres de capacitación ocupacional dentro de las instalaciones de CENICSOL (pero que no se incluyen en el presente proyecto) o en cursos de formación externa, impartidos por otras entidades colaboradoras.? Apoyo a la alfabetización y a la incorporación al sistema educativo formal (Ed. Primaria y Secundaria) u otras formaciones externas. AREA FAMILIAR? Background: Er wordt geopteer...d om niet verder te investeren in de bestaande doelstelling met betrekking tot BasisGezondheidsZorg gezien deze sector te breed was gedefinieerd om met een echte specialisatie een meerwaarde te kunnen bieden. Bovendien was er slechts een beperkte mogelijkheid tot synergie met de nationale werking van RKV. Binnen de brede sector BGZ was de opgebouwde operationele kennis bij RKV het verst gevorderd op het domein van Water en Sanitatie. Bovendien biedt dit domein de mogelijkheid voor een meerwaarde via wetenschappelijk onderzoek en de toepassing daarvan in de praktijk (Evidence Based Practice, EBP). Bovendien is er ervaringsoverdracht en synergie mogelijk, naast schaalvoordelen, omdat er nog een lopend engagement is in dezelfde regio tot 2016.Omwille van de reeds opgebouwde expertise rond EersteHulp en de referentiestatus die RKV heeft bereikt, blijft EH een speerpunt van de internationale werking van RKV en wordt de expertkennis nog verder uitgebouwd en overgedragen.Capaciteitsversterking van de partner tenslotte blijft een transversaal aandachtspunt in onze partnerwerking. Deze interventies dienen echter steeds te zijn gelinkt aan programma's in een van de strategische sectoren van RKV, en moeten daarbij een duidelijke meerwaarde kunnen genereren. - General objective: RKV wil het NeRK (Nepalese Rode Kruis) ondersteunen in het bereiken van haar strategische doelen, in het bijzonder voor die materies waarin RKV een specifieke expertise ontwikkeld heeft gedurende de voorbije jaren. De lange termijn steun aan de partner heeft ook tot doel deze organisationeel zodanig te versterken, dat zij de cruciale rol die ze vervult ten behoeve van de meest kwetsbaren in zo groot mogelijke autonomie kan vervullen. - Specific objective: Het voorkomen en beperken van water, sanitatie en hygiëne gerelateerde ziektes en sterfte, en verkeersgerelateerde gewonden en doden door bewust -wording en versterking van kwetsbare gemeenschappen en van de competenties van het Nepalese RK hiertoe. (Improved water and sanitation and road safety for vulnerable populations in Nepal and human resources development). - Results: Verwachte resultaten:Water en sanitatie:Resultaat 1: Aan het einde van de projectperiode zijn alle 18 wijken van de dorpen Shankarpur en Raikawar Bichawa in Kanchanpur district vrij van OD door verbeterde toegang tot sanitaire voorzieningen in huizen en scholen. Resultaat 2: De bevolking van Shankarpur en Raikawar heeft verbeterde toegang tot veilig drinkwater en het gedrag van de bevolking m.b.t. hygiëne is verbeterd. Resultaat 3: Participatie van vrouwen en capaciteiten van NeRK afdelingen in Shankarpur en Raikawar, Kanchanpur zijn versterkt t.b.v. de effectiviteit en duurzaamheid. Specific objective: Le nombre... d accidents de la route liés à l alcool et la gravité des accidents de la route en général est réduit. - Results: Résultat 1: renforcera les capacités des acteurs de la sécurité routière à conçevoir, mettre en oeuvre et suivre des stratégiesappropriées, notamment dans le domaine de la sensibilisation et des premiers secours en lien avec la mise en oeuvre du plan de la décennie d'action pour la Sécurité Routière des Nations Unies au Vietnam. Afin d'atteindre ce résultat, le programme travaillera à la conception de stratégies de premiers secours, de programmes de sensibilisation, d'élaboration de lignes directrices et de soutien au NTSC et au MoH dans leur communication d'informations.Résultat 2 : dans les deux provinces cibles, les comportements des usagers de la route s'améliorent grâce à des stratégies desensibilisation et de contrôle efficaces – se concentrera sur les activités liées à la conduite en état d'ivresse. Une action spécifique à la recherche sera lancée en mesurant l'efficacité de nouvelles activités définies dans le cadre d'ateliers participatifs impliquant des associations et groupes de jeunes particulièrement cible dans cette intervention. Une campagne de sensibilisation en partenariat avec les groupes de jeunes bénévoles sera menée auprès des 15 -25 ans. Dans un même temps, les officiers de police recevront des formations sur l'application de la loi en matière de conduite en état d'ivresse et sur la sensibilisation.Résultat 3 : Enfin, dans la province de Bac Giang, une prise en charge médicale appropriée et rapide permet de réduire lestraumatismes des accidentés de la route. -

General description: El progr...ama de HI en Cuba trabaja hacía para mejorar la calidad de vida de las personas con discapacidad, sus familias y de las personas vulnerables o en riesgo de desarrollar una discapacidad. En la continuidad del precedente programa 2016-2021, y en línea con los Marcos Estratégicos Comunes (MEC) Cuba y Trabajo Decente , se trabajaran dos temas: la Rehabilitación Basada en la Comunidad (RBC) e la Inclusión Socioeconómica (ISE) para mejorar el acceso a los servicios para todos y todas, sin discriminación de edad, sexo, o discapacidad. El primer Objetivo Estratégico (OE) incluye cuatro ejes de cambio: 1. La implementación de una estrategia Rehabilitación basada en la comunidad (RBC) en 5 municipios de Pinar del Rio para tomar en cuenta la discapacidad intelectual profunda y severa. 2. El apoyo a la creación, por los actores cubanos, de un modelo de RBC adaptado al contexto cubano. 3. La formación de los recursos técnicos necesarios al nivel nacional, provincial y municipal para asegurar la duplicación de la RBC. 4. Un apoyo para lograr que la metodología RBC este implementada de manera autónoma por los actores locales. El segundo OE contribuye al empoderamiento y la participación de las personas con discapacidad (PcD) y sus familias, con énfasis en las mujeres, en el desarrollo socioeconómico del oriente cubano. Tiene tres ejes de cambio 1. El reforzamiento de capacidades de las Organizaciones de PcD y de mujeres; 2. El fomento de oportunidades formativas inclusivas y diversas, e la implementan de iniciativas económicas para PcD y en mujeres en particular; 3. El cambio de percepción de la población sobre los derechos y competencias de las personas con discapacidad y la equidad de género. Las intervenciones se implementan con 16 contrapartes cubanas de distintos naturaleza y niveles, y, una colaboración con una ONG belga. En un contexto cubano muy sensible al cambio climático, ambos OE incorporen el tema de medio ambiente. --

Background: Afin de poursuivre... et renforcer les efforts initiés dans le cadre du projet précédent financé par la DGD 2014-2016 à Kinshasa, HI va poursuivre le renforcement des capacités techniques et opérationnelles de la CNPR et de la PCR ainsi que de nouveaux partenaires identifiés au cours de cette première phase afin d'accroitre l'implication de la société civile (OS1). Les priorités seront l'amélioration des politiques, la définition et la mise en œuvre des stratégies et des plans d'action afin de contribuer au changement des comportements des usagers de la route au travers de campagnes de sensibilisation et de rappels sur le respect des lois.

The development objective of t...he Ghana Roads Sector Development Program Project is to achieve sustainable improvements in the supply, and performance of roads transport services, in a regionally equitable manner. The project components are: 1) routine maintenance, consisting of patching potholes; lightning, vegetative propagation along roadsides, and drainage maintenance; 2) periodic maintenance, minor rehabilitation, and upgrading of trunk roads, and urban roads consist of spot improvements, road resurfacing and resealing, and slope repairs. Feeder roads include re-graveling, and drainage repairs; 3) major rehabilitation, reconstruction, and upgrading, will include reconstruction, or rehabilitation of paved/unpaved roads, resealing, and upgrading from gravel to bitumen, or from bituminous-treated surfaces, to asphalt/concrete surfaces. Repair, and construction of bridges will also be included, as well as for trunk roads, feeder roads, and urban roads segments; 4) traffic management, and safety, to develop comprehensive programs on safety strategies, by strengthening the National Road Safety Council, and the Driver and Vehicle Licensing Authority, through reforms, computerization, and training of traffic officials; 5) institutional strengthening, particularly as it regards environmental policies vs. road works, and directives for social, and gender equity, through the provision of studies, training, and technical assistance; and, 6) project management, coordination, monitoring, and reporting on the road development program.
