Policy-makers and other sources report that these assessments mostly adopt a biophysical perspective and that few cases consider or define health in a manner which is consistent with the WHO Constitution, by considering the wider social, economic, behavioural and institutional aspects of health. This systematically conducted review of over 333 SEA and EIA cases in the WHO European Region shows that while about 80% of assessments pursue a narrow, biophysical interpretation of health, around 10% consider wider determinants when defining health, and another 10% consider wider determinants of health in the actual assessment. Twelve case studies are presented, literature is reviewed and implications for practice are considered.

Angelehnt an das erprobte Qualitätsmessinstrument, „der Kinderrechte-Check“, stellt Save the Children daher eine Checkliste zur Überprüfung und Gewährleistung der wichtigsten Schutzbedarfe für geflüchtete Kinder, Jugendliche und ihre Familien zur Verfügung.
Diese Checkliste soll Betreiber:innen und Personal helfen, sich dem Thema anzunehmen und ggf. schnell Maßnahmen zur Verbesserung der Situation anzustoßen. Es richtet sich an Unterkünfte, in denen die Menschen für ca. 24 bis 48 Stunden bleiben.

Cada volume da série se estrutura em torno de um tema: aspectos globais da pandemia e da diplomacia em saúde; cenários epidemiológicos e vigilância em saúde; as políticas e a gestão dos serviços e sistemas de saúde; orientações para os cuidados e a saúde dos trabalhadores da saúde; impactos sociais e desigualdades sociais na pandemia. Com a publicação destes estudos em livros instantâneos e de acesso aberto colocamos à disposição do público o conjunto de informações e conhecimentos gerados no âmbito do Observatório Covid-19 Fiocruz, realizamos um balanço e uma reflexão sobre como chegamos ao cenário atual e apontamos caminhos para um futuro próximo. Jedoch sind im AsylbLG weder die Leistungsansprüche besonders schutzbedürftiger Asylsuchender nach Definition der EU-Aufnahmerichtlinie geregelt, noch gibt es Hinweise zum Umgang mit erkrankten besonders schutzbedürftigen Asylsuchenden, die leistungsrechtlichen Sanktionen unterliegen.
