El Programa de acción mundial para superar las brechas en salud mental (mhGAP)1 fue
lanzado por la Organización Mundial de la Salud (OMS) en el año 2008. En 2010, se
lanzó la Guía de Intervención mhGAP (GI‐mhGAP) (1) y se comenzó a aplicar en cinco
países (Etiopía, Jordania, Nigeria, P...anamá y Sierra Leona) dentro de un proyecto
piloto, bajo la supervisión de la OMS. Panamá lo puso en funcionamiento utilizando la
versión española del mhGAP; los otros cuatro países usaron la versión inglesa1.

India alone had almost one-fifth of the global disease burden due to TB. Roth emphasizes that even as the Trump administration mostly abandoned the protection of human rights, joined by China, Russia and others, other governments—typically working in coalition and some new to the cause—stepped forward to champion rights. As it works to entrench rights protections, the Biden administration should seek to join, not supplant, this new collective effort.

New research exposes how women and children are disproportionally affected by climate migration, which puts them at greater risk of gender-based violence, child labour and exploitation.
Governments must ensure the safety and protection of women and girls in climate emergencies, including the safe... and equal access to basic services, food, and healthcare before, during, and after disasters. Women must also be included in decision making in their communities so they can lead on resilience building and address gendered issues of migration and displacement.
