Цель этого документа – повысить уровень осознания актуальности приоритетных направлений научных исследований по проблеме ТБ/ВИЧ (то есть по тем направлениям, кот...орые требуют срочного финансирования и внимания ученых), содействовать координации информационно-пропагандистской работы и стимулировать финансирование научных изысканий. Поставленная задача заключается в наращивании темпов осуществления высококачественных и интегрированных вмешательства по борьбе с ТБ/ВИЧ в условиях ограниченных ресурсов. В документе дается описание пересмотренной повестки дня по приоритетным научным вопросам, в основе которой лежат недавно полученные фактические данные по шести ключевым проблемам коинфекции ТБ и ВИЧ.

Как и руководство 2006 года, настоящий документ предназначен для специалистов,
занимающихся разработкой государственных программ по борьбе с туберкулезом, педиатр...ов и других работников здравоохранения в странах с низким и средним уровнем дохода. Эти рекомендации не подходят для стран с высоким уровнем дохода, где распространенность ТБ невысока. Особенно важно проводить это различие при выборе методов диагностики и обследовании контактных лиц.

2nd edition. The 2018 Roadmap incorporates an additional critical population: adolescents. Despite making up 1 in 6 of the world’s people, adolescents have been largely overlooked as global momentum to address TB has grown. Spanning the ages of 10–19 years, adolescents are both at risk of TB and... represent an important population for TB control. They often present with infectious TB and frequently have multiple contacts in congregate settings, such as schools and other educational institutions. Nevertheless, few countries capture TB data in suitably age-disaggregated ways to allow full understanding of its impact in this group and even fewer provide the adolescent-friendly services our young people need to access diagnosis and care.

The purpose of the landscape analysis is ultimately to facilitate improved engagement of private providers, thereby contributing to universal access to quality and affordable TB care and the end of the TB epidemic. Psoriasis, which can involve the skin, nails and joints, is a chronic, painful, disfiguring and disabling noncommunicable disease (NCD) for which there is no cure.
