Les rapports nationaux fournissent de riches informations sur les mesures prises dans les pays du monde entier en faveur de la conservation de la biodiversité, de son utilisation durable et du partage juste et équitable des avantages. Ce corpus d'informations fournit une foule de renseignements sur les réussites et les difficultés de la mise en œuvre du Plan stratégique pour la biodiversité 2011-2020 et de la réalisation des objectifs d'Aichi en matière de biodiversité.

Le Plan de Suivi et Évaluation du Plan Stratégique National de Lutte contre le Paludisme 2023–2026 est un document élaboré par le Ministère de la Santé et de l’Hygiène Publique du Togo, à travers le Programme National de Lutte contre le Paludisme (PNLP), en décembre 2023. Il sert de cad...re de référence pour suivre, évaluer et améliorer la mise en œuvre des interventions de lutte contre le paludisme au Togo.
Ce plan accompagne le Plan Stratégique National (PSN) 2023–2026 et vise à réduire de 65 % l'incidence et la mortalité du paludisme par rapport à 2022, en s’alignant sur les objectifs de la stratégie technique mondiale de l’OMS. Il précise les objectifs, les résultats attendus, les indicateurs de performance ainsi que les mécanismes de collecte, d’analyse et de dissémination des données sanitaires.
Le document détaille également les responsabilités des acteurs impliqués à tous les niveaux du système de santé (central, régional, périphérique), les outils à utiliser, ainsi que le budget prévu pour la période. Il insiste sur la digitalisation des campagnes (MID, CPS), la formation du personnel, la qualité des données et l'intégration des ONG, du secteur privé et de la médecine traditionnelle dans la lutte contre le paludisme.
Ce plan vise à garantir une prise de décision basée sur des données fiables, à améliorer la coordination nationale et à mobiliser efficacement les ressources pour atteindre les objectifs d’élimination du paludisme d’ici 2030.

Élaboré par le Programme National de Lutte contre le Pa...ludisme (PNLP), il s’inscrit pleinement dans les objectifs mondiaux fixés par l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé pour parvenir à l’élimination du paludisme d’ici 2030. Ce plan repose sur quatre axes stratégiques : la prévention à travers l’utilisation des moustiquaires imprégnées, la chimio-prévention et la lutte antivectorielle ; la prise en charge efficace des cas grâce au diagnostic rapide et au traitement par ACT ; le renforcement du système de santé et la gestion du programme ; ainsi que la surveillance, le suivi et l’évaluation des interventions. Une attention particulière est accordée à la digitalisation des outils, à l’amélioration de la qualité des données, à l’implication des communautés locales et à la réduction des inégalités régionales dans l’accès aux services. Intégrant les partenaires techniques et financiers, le secteur privé et les acteurs communautaires, ce document constitue une véritable feuille de route nationale pour coordonner et intensifier la lutte contre le paludisme sur la période 2023–2026.

Des gouvernements, des ONG et les Nations Unies déclarent qu’il faut soutenir le leadership des communautés pour vaincre les pandémies CHIANG MAI, THAÏLANDE, le 15 décembre 2022—Les ripostes dirigées par les communautés sont un élément essentiel de la riposte à la pandémie de sida et ...les ressources doivent leur être accordées en priorité. Les représentants et représentantes ont déclaré que cette démarche, définie par des gouvernements, des organisations de la société civile et des organismes des Nations Unies lors d’une rencontre internationale sur le sida organisée à Chiang Mai en Thaïlande, sera également essentielle pour lutter contre d’autres pandémies et pour s’y préparer. Au cours de cette rencontre, la première définition internationale d’une riposte communautaire à une pandémie a été publiée. Elle est le fruit d’un processus de consultation de deux ans qui a réuni 11 gouvernements, représentant chaque région du monde, et 11 figures de la société civile. Cette équipe multipartite de l’ONUSIDA a travaillé sur les ripostes dirigées par les communautés. L’ONUSIDA, ainsi que l’Organisation mondiale de la Santé et le Programme des Nations Unies pour le développement l’ont organisée ensemble et les résultats ont été présentés lors de la 51e réunion du Conseil de coordination du Programme commun des Nations Unies sur le VIH/sida.

The overall objective of the Global Action Plan is to enhance collaboration among 12 global organizations engaged in health, development and humanitarian responses to accelerate country progress on the health-related SDG targets. The Plan presents a new approach to strengthening collaboration among ...and joint action by the organizations, building on an initial joint commitment made in October 2018. The Plan is primarily intended to be strategic but provides some operational detail to guide implementation while also allowing flexibility for adjustment based on regular reviews of progress and learning from experience. Although the purpose of the Global Action Plan is not to provide or seek additional resources, the Plan will enable better use of existing resources as a result of improved collaboration, recognizing that each agency has its own unique mandate and area of expertise.

The Manifesto was launched at a High Level Event in London on the 31st July 2019, where Emergency response mechanisms to address the Climate and Environmental Crisis are being explored. The Manifesto has been developed in response to the increasing international and United Nations evidence and under...standing of the severity of our global climate and environmental crisis. This builds upon collaborative action to advance the InterAction Council's Dublin Charter, endorsed at its Plenary Session in 2017. The overall aim is to secure a healthy planet for the wellbeing of future generations for all, by placing the health of the planet at the heart of decision making and establishing emergency response mechanisms at global, national and community levels.
Now more than ever, we need courageous leadership to take crucial decisions and actions to secure a healthy planet for all, including the very existence of human civilization. The InterAction Council is encouraged by the boldness and energy of our younger generations, as well as the commitment expressed by the 30 organisations endorsing the Manifesto. The establishment of the Digital Platform for Planet, Place and People, a Hub of the Commonwealth Centre for Digital Health, will act as a collaborative mechanism to promote innovation and rapid responses as a common good. Going forward, we welcome everyone to become a Guardian to Secure a Healthy Planet for All, and to support this initiative in scaling up the ambitions laid out in the Manifesto.

Within a ministry of health there will be different types of stakeholders, such as programme managers and senior managers in departments of prevention, health promotion, and hosp...ital and health services. Other stakeholders may come from ministries for transport, economics, agriculture, and education, funding partners, nongovernmental organizations, civil society and community members. It is critical to ensure that there are clear and accurate descriptions of the policies, plans and programmes, so that all interventions, activities and desired outcomes are clearly understood by all involved in their evaluation.
