affections et évènements prioritaires est structuré en une partie introductive comportant des définitions et généralités et de neuf (09) sections.
Les 9 sections sont :

ii) notifier les maladies, affections prioritaires et évènements de santé publique
iii) analyser les données
iv) investiguer les flambées épidémiques notifiées et autres évènements de santé publique
v) se préparer à riposter aux épidémies et autres évènements de santé publique
vi) répondre aux épidémies et autres évènements de santé publique
vii) communiquer l‟information
viii) suivre, évaluer et améliorer la surveillance et la riposte
ix) récapitulatif des directives relatives aux maladies, affections prioritaires
spécifiques et évènements de santé publique

In 2015, Member States and the global health community committed to reduce premature mortality from
noncommunicable diseases (NCDs) by one third by 2030 (SDG target 3.4). Despite growing efforts, the pace of change in
most countries, and the policies and regulations required to achieve this goal, ...are too slow, inadequate or insufficient.
Recognizing that public sector efforts alone are insufficient to address the prevention and control of NCDs, the Global
NCD Action Plan emphasizes the need for coordinated multisectoral and multistakeholder engagement, acknowledging
the role of nongovernmental organizations – including civil society groups, individuals with lived experience, academic
institutions and private sector entities. However, WHO notes that some Member States still have limited or no capacity
to establish or manage the implementation of engagement with private sector entities for the prevention and control of
noncommunicable diseases

The ongoing Ebola epidemic in parts of West Africa largely overwhelmed health-care systems in 2014, making adequate care for malaria impossible and threatening the gains in malaria control achieved over the past decade. The study suggests that untreated malaria cases as a result of reduced health-ca...re capacity probably contributed substantially to the morbidity caused by the Ebola crisis. Mass drug administration can be an effective means to mitigate this burden and reduce the number of non-Ebola fever cases within health systems
