Резкое снижение уровня мелатонина в организме человека в период полового созревания способствует активации гонадотропной функции гипофиза, выработке фолликул стимулирующего гормона и лютеинизирующего гормона, которые оказывают стимулирующее влияние на половые железы. Участие мелатонина в патогенезе климактерического синдрома изучено недостаточно, а исследования, посвященные использованию мелатонина в качестве лечебного средства, противоречивы. Дальнейшее изучение роли мелатонина в возникновении КС позволит понять возможности психофармакотерапии рассматриваемых расстройств.

This brief summarises key considerations about the social, political and economic context of Goma in relation to the outbreak of Ebola in the DRC as of March 2019. Goma is the administrative capital of North Kivu province and a major urban centre in the Great Lakes Region. The city is home to an est...imated 1.5 million people and serves as an important economic and transportation hub that links eastern Congo to the broader East African sub-region. The arrival of Ebola in Goma would substantially increase the at-risk population and heighten the potential for cross-border transmission to neighbouring countries, particularly Rwanda. This brief therefore focuses on local social and political structures that can be leveraged to promote preparedness and readiness actions.

Q3: Are pharmacotherapies safe and effective for the treatment of psychostimulant dependence (maintenance or relapse prevention) in non-specialized settings?
As of 21 March 2019, a total of 250,000 people are reported to be affected by the floods in nine districts. An estimated 48 per cent of the affected population is under 18 years of age.
There is limited road access in the Chimanimani, the worst affected district.
An estimated 60,000 children are ...in need of immediate protection services, and 100,000 children are in need of welfare and civil registration services in nine flood affected districts.
Initial estimates indicate that 54 classrooms from 114 schools have been affected by the floods, impacting about 30,000 learners. Over 5,000 households have been reached with critical WASH Hygiene kits in affected districts.

To this end, the DRR WG devised and facilitated a multi-stakeholder process aiming to develop its Strategic Frame...work 2013-2018. This document is the outcome of a series of internal workshops and external consultations, in particular with the relevant departments of the Government of Myanmar. Stigma, discrimination, and socio-economic exclusion continue to affect the rights and socio-economic opportunities of people living with HIV in Myanmar. Households with a family member who has HIV, have lower incomes, fewer assets and lower home-ownership, compared to households that are not affected by HIV. They also have more household debt, and their families pay a higher rate of interest compared to families not affected by HIV.
