How do security events affecting humanitarian agencies differ between urban and rural environments?
Message: The islands of The Bahamas and Haiti suffered severe impact from the passage of Hurricane Matthew, the 5th named Hurricane of the 2016 Atlantic Hurricane season. As a result, the Caribbean Disaster Emergency Management Agency (CDEMA) through the Regional Response Mechanism (RRM) facilitated... the coordination and deployment of regional specialized response teams to provide operational support and damage/needs assessments in the most affected areas in Haiti and The Bahamas. The Caribbean Community will also make targeted relief interventions in the affected Member States.

In der Zwischenzeit gab es eine Verfahrensänderung: Das sogenannte "Clusterverfahren" wird nicht mehr angewendet (s.S.29).
Auch zum Familiennachzug für subsidiär Schutzberechtigte (s.S. 21) gilt folgende Änderung: Nach der derzeitigen Regelung ist zu subsidiär Schutzberechtigten, deren Aufen...thaltserlaubnis nach dem 17.03.2016 erteilt worden ist, bis zum 31. Juli 2018 der Familiennachzug nach dem Aufenthaltsgesetz nicht möglich.
Die Möglichkeiten einer Familienzusammenführung nach der Dublin III-Verordnung bleiben weiterhin unberührt. Auch in besonderen Härtefällen ist eine humanitäre Aufnahme von Familienangehörigen nach wie vor möglich. Eine Neuauflage ist in Vorbereitung
