In disaster preparedness, the participation of women, children, older people, persons with disabilities (PWDs), and other minority groups and sectors is important because they are the most vulnerable against disasters. Inclusive disaster preparedness provides technical and logical frameworks that as...similate the most vulnerable sectors in a community and enhances their capacity against future disasters.

The toolkit conta...ins: information about Ebola disease; RCCE considerations on how to approach key issues during Ebola disease outbreaks; tools for understanding the context in which Ebola disease outbreaks occur; methods for collecting data to inform strategy development and bring evidence into the planning and implementation of activities; guidance to support prevention and response interventions; and links to existing RCCE tools and training. It is one of a suite of toolkits on RCCE readiness and response to a range of disease and response areas.

Colombia has an underreporting of 30% of the total cases, according to World Health Organization (WHO) estimations. In 2016, successful tuberculosis (TB) treatment rate was 70%, and t...he mortality rate ranged between 3.5% and 10%. In 2015, Colombia adopted and adapted the End TB strategy and set a target of 50% reduction in incidence and mortality by 2035 compared with 2015.

The Overall objective of this mapping study was to update population size estimates of selected key populations (PWID, FSWs, MSM & TGs) to create evidence for developing action plans for HIV prevention interventions in Pakistan. A total numbe...r of 23 cities/towns were selected for Mapping. This included 13 cities in Punjab province, 6 in Sindh Province and 2 cities each in KPK and Baluchistan provinces.

The objective of this paper is to examine the influence of both individual and community-level determinants of HIV testing uptake in Burkina Faso.
